Two programmes for two different moments in your journey.
Vitality or Renaissance: a structured framework for those wishing to extend individual work over time.

These two programmes are not an entry point. They are designed for people I have already received in session, and who wish to anchor their transformation in a structured journey. Before choosing, you still need to identify where you truly stand — that’s exactly what the assessment below is for.
Fatigue, exhaustion, burnout — naming things is where it starts.
Before talking about programmes, things need to be named. Because the starting point changes everything about the accompaniment.
Occasional fatigue responds to rest. A weekend, a good night’s sleep, a holiday — and the body recovers. It’s a normal, physiological signal. The reservoir empties, the reservoir refills. At this stage, à la carte sessions are generally enough.
Chronic fatigue has settled in lastingly, often without one realising it. You wake up tired, rest no longer suffices to truly recover. It’s not yet collapse — but the reservoir is structurally low, and nothing refills it. Without change, this is the trajectory towards exhaustion. This is the territory of Vitality.
Deep exhaustion or burnout is a collapse of the four dimensions at once — body, emotions, mind, meaning. Reconstruction takes time, method, and structured support over several months. This is the territory of Renaissance.

This assessment is not a medical diagnosis. It’s a self-evaluation tool built from the PEMS method to help you locate where you stand — and to identify the right entry point if you wish to be supported.
Your answers remain confidential. You receive your analysis by email, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours if you wish — with no commitment, to answer your questions and check together that the proposed orientation is right for you.
