Integrative support for burnout, stress-related pain and reconnection with yourself • body, emotions, mind, meaning.
Based in Luxembourg.

A structured method

The PEMS method: four dimensions of vital energy worked in coherence.

A lived experience

25 years in corporate IT, a burnout survived, a Master’s degree in coaching (RNCP Level 7).

A complement to medical care

I do not intervene during the acute phase. I work in prevention, and in rebuilding afterwards.

The PEMS Method

Exhaustion works on four dimensions.

Exhaustion is never purely physical. It builds slowly, across four levels that eventually collapse together. Ignoring one of them leaves the door open to relapse. The PEMS method, born from my own journey and formalised in my Master’s thesis, offers an approach that respects this architecture.

The Four Dimensions

P — Physical The body holds the memory of what it has carried. Fatigue, chronic pain, sleep disturbance, persistent tension.

E — Emotional What hasn’t been said, hasn’t been grieved, hasn’t been acknowledged. Suppressed emotion always finds its voice eventually.

M — Mental Thoughts that won’t stop turning, beliefs that have become prisons, the difficulty of reconnecting with what truly matters.

S — Spiritual The loss of meaning. The “why” question that no longer finds an answer.

An Integrative Approach

four tools serving one journey.

Each person arrives with their own story and their own pace. I combine several modalities, calibrating them to what feels right for you at each stage.

The four tools

Professional coaching

Reconstructing meaning, clarifying action, rediscovering direction. Master's degree, RNCP Level 7.

Energy work & magnetism

Releasing what the body carries — tensions, blockages, persistent pain.

Mindfulness-based hypnosis

Understanding the roots, anchoring new resources.

Shiatsu practice

Rebalancing in depth, working with the circulation of vital energy. Four years of training.

For those wishing to deepen the work after an initial individual exchange, two structured programmes extend the accompaniment: Vitality and Renaissance. They are designed for people already engaged in a journey of reconstruction, who want to anchor their progress over time.

Pain

When the body hurts, it's because it's carrying something.

A significant proportion of the people I see come first for pain. A lower back issue that settles in without a clear medical cause. Recurring migraines. Neck and shoulder tension that won’t release, despite massages, anti-inflammatories, physiotherapy.

This pain isn’t in your head — it’s in your body, and it’s real. But it’s almost never without a cause. The body remembers what consciousness refuses to see: prolonged stress, an unspoken emotion, a turning point in life that wasn’t truly traversed. When we treat only the pain, it returns. When we address what feeds it, it can finally release.

My work consists of scanning what the body is carrying, identifying the root of the pain, and releasing what has become frozen — on the energetic, emotional, and sometimes spiritual level. Often, at the start of a session, I name what I sense — and the person recognises something they had never quite formulated.

Who For?

Who I work with

I primarily work with people facing professional exhaustion, burnout, or seeking to prevent it. I also support those navigating a persistent block, a loss of meaning, or a transition that calls for a renewed momentum — body and soul.

My practice is open to individuals, as well as to practitioners seeking deeper energetic work for themselves.

About Me

Before becoming a practitioner, I lived what I now accompany.

For 25 years, I worked in IT — leading systems, teams, complex projects. In May 2016, everything collapsed. Six months of complete emptiness followed. It was this passage, observed and documented to the very end, that gave rise to my current practice and to the PEMS method.

What I Don't Do

The boundaries of my practice

I do not intervene during the acute phase of burnout: that role belongs to conventional health professionals — your GP, psychiatrist, or psychologist. My work comes alongside theirs — beforehand to prevent, and afterwards to support a sustainable reconstruction. Energy-based sessions never replace ongoing medical treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions & Answers

When is the right time to consult — when you feel things might break?

As early as possible — and certainly long before collapse. This is precisely why I make a clear distinction between chronic fatigue and burnout: when you feel you’re still functioning but your reserves are running low without ever truly replenishing, that’s already the right time.

The signs worth listening to are these: sleep that no longer restores, weekends that no longer suffice to recover, unusual irritability, physical pain settling in without clear cause, or that diffuse sense of “going through the motions without really being there.” None of these signs alone is alarming. Their accumulation, however, is a signal.

Waiting until you “really need it” is generally the trap. The earlier we work together, the shorter and lighter the process. Once collapse has settled in, reconstruction takes several months — it remains possible, but the path is significantly longer.

If you’re unsure, a complimentary discovery call allows us to ask the question together — and to determine whether accompaniment makes sense at this stage, or whether a few adjustments will suffice.

The session begins with a moment of conversation and listening, much like a consultation, to better understand your needs and identify the areas to work on. I then work primarily with my hands to sense and rebalance the energies. Depending on what you need, I use specific techniques to release tensions, blockages or pain. Every session is personalised according to your sensations and goals.

Energy sessions do not claim to heal all illnesses or conditions. Their purpose is to restore the body’s energetic balance, which can support overall wellbeing. They do not replace conventional medical treatments.

No, energy sessions do not replace conventional medicine. They work alongside it, supporting the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation and helping to rebalance the energies. It is essential to consult a healthcare professional for any medical condition.

Our approaches are complementary, not competing — and I regularly work in parallel with psychological care.

The psychologist intervenes on psychic understanding, the treatment of recognised mental health conditions, and the healing power of language. They are health professionals trained in psychotherapy, essential particularly during the acute phases of burnout, depression, or trauma. They work primarily through language and the therapeutic relationship.

My work is not psychotherapy. It is integrative work that engages four dimensions described in the PEMS method: the body (magnetism, shiatsu, massage), the emotions (mindfulness-based hypnosis), the mind (coaching) and meaning (directional coaching). I work where words alone are no longer enough — when the body has memorised what the mind has long understood, when tensions are deeply settled, when a person knows what isn’t working but can no longer move.

Many of those I accompany also see a psychologist, and this is often the most effective combination. The psychologist works on psychic structure; I work on bodily and energetic mobilisation. The two approaches reinforce each other.

I never replace medical or psychological care. If I identify a situation that exceeds my scope, I refer you to the appropriate professional.

Sensations vary from person to person. Some feel warmth, tingling or a sense of deep relaxation. Others may not notice an immediate effect, but recognise the benefits in the following days.
The number of sessions varies according to each person’s needs. For some, one session is enough to feel relief; others may need several sessions to restore a lasting energetic balance.
An energy session focuses on rebalancing the body’s energy flows, often through “passes” with the hands without direct contact. A massage, by contrast, is a physical manipulation of muscles and tissues to release tensions and improve circulation.
Yes, but it is always important to mention your pregnancy before the session. The work is adapted to ensure your comfort and wellbeing, avoiding any manipulation or technique that could be uncomfortable or inappropriate during pregnancy.
