Who Vitality is for.

Vitality is designed for people who are not in burnout, but who sense that their fatigue is no longer passing. The profiles I most often support in this programme:

» Executives and leaders who have been holding on for a long time but sense that the pace is no longer sustainable.
» Healthcare professionals, teachers, parents, caregivers — all those in a posture of prolonged giving.
» People coming out of an intense period (bereavement, relocation, major project, demanding family time) and who aren’t truly recovering.
» Anyone who recognises themselves in the sentence: « I’m holding on, but I sense I’m using up my reserves. »

Vitality is not suitable if you are on medical leave for exhaustion, or if you are emerging from a diagnosed burnout: in those situations, Renaissance is indicated.

Vitality works the four dimensions before they collapse together.

Exhaustion never settles in on a single dimension. It’s precisely for this reason that mono-disciplinary approaches (just rest, just sophrology, just nutrition) don’t suffice over time.

P — Physical: discharging accumulated tensions, restoring restorative sleep, releasing the mild chronic pain that has settled in silently.

E — Emotional: identifying what drains emotional energy on a daily basis, relearning how to set limits, regaining lightness.

M — Mental: stepping out of “cognitive survival mode” — the one where everything is treated as urgent —, regaining clarity, releasing inner pressure.

S — Spiritual: restoring meaning, reconnecting with what truly animates you — before the loss of meaning becomes total.

Six sessions, three months, two phases.

Session 0 — Discovery Call
(free, 20 min)

Before starting, we check together that Vitality is indeed the right programme for you — and not Renaissance. A wrong diagnosis at the start is wasted time and wasted energy.

Phase 1 — Assess & Regulate

Sessions 1 to 3 — 1 session every 2 weeks « Understanding what’s draining »

Before recharging, we understand where the leaks are. This phase lays the energetic foundations and identifies the priority zones for intervention.

Session 1 — PEMS assessment + shiatsu evaluation (75 min) Assessment of the four PEMS levels, identification of priority exhaustion zones, energetic reading of the body through shiatsu, definition of the programme’s intention.

Sessions 2 and 3 — Energy work + heart coherence (60 min) Targeted magnetism on the zones identified in session 1. Introduction and personalisation of the heart coherence protocol. First practical guidance to reduce daily energy leaks.

Tools provided at the end of the phase: initial PEMS mapping, personalised heart coherence protocol, simplified weekly energy journal (3 questions, 5 minutes per day).

Phase 2 — Recharge & Understand

Sessions 4 to 6 — 1 session every 2 to 3 weeks « Restoring momentum »

The body begins to recover. We can now work on the causes — the beliefs, behaviours, and patterns that drain energy without your noticing.

Sessions 4 and 5 — Mindfulness-based hypnosis + coaching (60 min) Work on the automatic patterns that generate chronic stress: perfectionism, difficulty in saying no, need for control. Identification of energy leaks in daily professional and personal life.

Session 6 — Therapeutic massage + closing assessment (60 min) Ayurvedic massage for deep relaxation, release of tensions accumulated in the body. End-of-programme assessment: PEMS re-evaluation, measurement of progress, recommendations for what comes next.

Tools provided at the end of the programme: mapping of your energy leaks, personalised distance magnetism audio, personalised maintenance plan for the months ahead.

What Vitality doesn't promise.

Vitality is not a wellness programme. Nor is it a succession of relaxation sessions. It’s structured work that requires your commitment — coming to sessions, doing the exercises between sessions, accepting to look at what drains your energy.

Vitality does not replace any medical care. If you have persistent physical symptoms, consult your doctor first. Vitality works as a complement, on the energetic and behavioural ground, not on pathology.

Vitality is not appropriate if you are already in collapse — in that case, Renaissance is what’s indicated, because the initial stabilisation phase must be different.
