À la carte sessions

Magnetism, shiatsu, therapeutic massage, hypnosis. Independent sessions, for those who need targeted care without committing to a structured programme.

Not every situation calls for long-term work. Sometimes, a single session is enough to release what had become knotted — a pain, a tension, a night’s sleep that won’t come. That’s what these sessions are for.

Is this for me?

It’s probably the first question that comes to mind when arriving on this page. Here’s what I can honestly say about it.

These sessions are appropriate if you’re going through one of these moments:

Chronic pain or pain that has settled in the body over a few weeks: neck, back, shoulders, jaw, head. Nothing medically alarming, but it doesn’t go away.

A period of stress or tension, professional or personal, that you want to defuse before it settles in.

Sleep that has recently deteriorated, with no identified cause. You fall asleep with difficulty, you wake up during the night, or you get up more tired than when you went to bed.

Tensions or discomforts linked to the menstrual cycle or hormonal transitions: painful periods, marked premenstrual syndrome, perimenopause. Energy work and shiatsu act on the physical and energetic dimensions, alongside medical care if needed.

Older physical tensions, sometimes rooted in a difficult life history. If that’s your case, an important note further down on this page.

Simply the desire for a quality session, because taking care of yourself doesn’t need a particular reason.

If you recognise yourself in several of these situations at once, or if you sense that fatigue has gone beyond the occasional and settled in over time, an à la carte session probably won’t be enough. We’ll discuss it at the start of the session.

Which session to choose?

If you’re hesitating, don’t get stuck on this choice: call me before booking, or take the one you’re intuitively drawn to. At the start of the session, I’ll assess with you what will be most appropriate — I regularly adapt the booked session on the spot.

Energy work & magnetism

60 to 90 minutes

Magnetism is energetic work through laying-on of hands. It's what I most often offer in a first session: it's gentle, deep, and allows the nervous system to return to a state of calm. Indicated for chronic pain, emotional tension, periods of stress, persistent sleep disturbances.

Shiatsu

75 to 90 minutes

Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese practice that rebalances the circulation of energy through hand pressure along the meridians. More structured than magnetism, it works in depth on settled muscular tensions, digestion, mild chronic fatigue. You stay clothed during the session, lying on a futon. I trained for four years in this practice.

Mindfulness-based hypnosis

75 to 90 minutes

Mindfulness-based hypnosis has nothing to do with stage hypnosis. You remain conscious, present, and you keep control at all times. It's an augmented state of consciousness, gentle, that allows access to inner resources that ordinary wakefulness doesn't reach. Indicated for softening ingrained patterns (difficulty saying no, perfectionism, stress management), or for anchoring new resources. This practice requires a longer preliminary exchange than the other sessions — it's normal, and it's the condition for accurate work.

Therapeutic & ayurvedic massage

75 to 90 minutes

Deep manual massage, inspired by the ayurvedic tradition, adapted to what you bring on the day. It's the session I recommend when the body needs to release above all else, and when speech or subtle work come in a second time. I can integrate an energetic moment within it, depending on what arises. Use of natural oils, session lying down.

How does a session unfold?

A session lasts between sixty and seventy-five minutes depending on the type, and unfolds in three movements.

First, a short exchange — five to ten minutes — to understand what brings you here today, how you’re feeling, what your body is asking for. This moment allows me to adapt the session to your real state, which isn’t necessarily the one you were in when booking.

Then, the session itself. You’re lying down — clothed for shiatsu and magnetism, partially undressed for massage. You have nothing to do, simply allow yourself to be there. If something happens — an emotion that rises, an image that comes, a strong sensation —, you can share it or keep it to yourself, that’s your choice.

Finally, a brief integration time. You remain lying down for a few minutes, then we exchange, if you wish, about what was felt and what you can put in place in the following days to extend the work. No complicated protocol — often, a single simple gesture to integrate.

What can I expect from it?

I prefer to answer this question honestly rather than promise things I can’t guarantee.

What you can reasonably expect from an à la carte session: an immediate easing of tensions, a return to calm of the nervous system, sometimes a better night’s sleep the following night, sometimes clear relief from a pain that had settled in. For many people, the benefit extends over several days, sometimes several weeks.

What I cannot promise you: a deep transformation in a single session, the definitive disappearance of an old pain, the resolution of complex psychological or emotional causes. A single session relieves and unblocks. It does not rebuild.

If after a first session you feel that it’s useful but that you need more sustained work, we’ll talk about it at that point — not before.

And if it's not for me?

There are situations where these sessions aren’t the right answer, and I prefer to say so before you book rather than after.

These sessions don’t replace any medical care. If you have persistent physical symptoms — intense pain, unexplained weight loss, lasting digestive issues, extreme fatigue —, your first contact is your doctor. My work doesn’t make diagnoses and cannot replace a clinical examination.

These sessions are not a form of psychotrauma care. If you have experienced violence, abuse, or a childhood marked by deep wounds, psychotherapeutic support with a professional trained in trauma is essential and remains the first-line contact.

My work acts on other dimensions: what the body has memorised, what energy can no longer circulate, what speech alone is not enough to release. The people who have trusted me on this ground have almost always done so alongside psychological support — and it’s the framework within which I prefer to work. If you’re looking for an alternative to psychological care rather than a complement, I prefer to be frank with you: that’s not what I offer.

Finally, if you are currently going through a burnout, or if you have just emerged from deep exhaustion or depression, an occasional session can bring relief, but won’t treat the cause. In those situations, let’s talk before you book: I’ll point you towards what seems most appropriate, even if it’s outside my practice.

This honesty isn’t commercial. It’s my way of respecting those who consult me.

Book, or talk first.

If you know what you want and you recognise yourself in what you’ve just read, you can book directly online. If you’re hesitating, or if you want to verify that your situation matches this type of session, get in touch first — I prefer twenty minutes of exchange to a session that shouldn’t have taken place.
